Message from the Principal

English Version

Welcome to our web page! The Saint Peter School Community warmly welcomes you and invites you to get to know us through our website. Our school, a parish school for Kindergarten to 8th grade, is a multicultural school dedicated to the ministry of education. The motto of our parish, "Unity in Diversity", is a proclamation that welcomes everyone. Our dedicated teachers do all that is possible to develop the gifts and talents of all our students and instill the practice of Christian values such as mutual respect, service, and hospitality towards all. This formation in Christian values is encouraged through an active and living faith and is reflected in our school motto: "Jesus is the center, and Mary is our model.
" As a community, the teachers, principal, parents, priests, and auxiliary personnel, guide the students in becoming Christians with a social conscience with the necessary resources to interweave the intellectual with the spiritual to create a better world for their future.

Our school continues to grow and thrive with an enrollment of almost 250. We are so very thankful for the support of our many generous benefactors who provide us with scholarships which help keep our costs as low as possible.

Last year we celebrated many academic achievements in Mathletes, Declamation, First In Math, Spelling Bee, Poetry Contests, and Art Contests. We look forward to having the same achievements this year.

What makes our school stand out are our teachers. It is a joy and a privilege for me to work with so many dedicated teachers who daily give of themselves to provide a high quality education which ensures success for each student. Their enthusiasm is the guiding force and heartbeat of our school, and I invite you to know them through their individual pages. We all work together to achieve our final goal: that of best serving your child. May God bless you and may we continue to grow in God's love and peace.

Message from our pastor Monsignor Orsulak:

English Version

Dear Friends,

Over a century and a half ago, St. John Neumann invited the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart to Mary to open a school in our Parish of St. Peter.    From that time on, we have provided a Christ-centered education for all who walk through the doors of our school.

Through the leadership of our principal, our faculty and staff dedicate their time and energy to the formation of each students’ body, mind and spirit.

Not only do we prepare our students for the completion of their Catholic Christian Initiation, (Eucharist and Confirmation), we also celebrate the sacramental life with them.  The students participate in Mass weekly and the Sacrament of Penance is provided several times during the academic year.   Children receive the Sacrament of Confirmation before they graduate from St. Peter School.

I invite you to learn more about our school through this web site.  And why not pay a visit in person.  We’d love to give you a tour.

Sincerely,

Rev. Thomas J. Orsulak

Pastor

Queridos amigos:

Sinceramente,

Rev. Thomas J. Orsulak
